QFCA Fall Registration Information
Please read through the following information in regards to the 2025 QFCA Football and Cheer Season. This sheet contains a brief description of the registration process, the 2026 fitting schedule, and the 2026 registration fees.
Registration Process
1. Register On-Line at www.qfcapanthers.org - NOTE: Registration MUST be done on a computer.
a. In order to complete registration, it is mandatory that an updated profile picture of your child is uploaded along with a copy of their birth certificate.
**ALL returning players must have a RECENT picture on their file / uploaded to their account (NO hats, helmets or sunglasses allowed)**
In order to complete your registration, a birth certificate and picture of your child must be uploaded. All forms must be also brought to your welcome meeting and or given to your team parent on or before the first practice.
2. You will then receive the Pop Warner Forms Via Email
3. Print and fill out the forms.
4. Bring the completed Registration Packet, Pop Warner Forms and your child to one of the scheduled fittings.
a. Please bring your players ORIGINAL Birth Certificate with raised seal AND a copy of the original Birth Certificate (Hospital Birth Certificates cannot be accepted); Ensure the birth certificate is uploaded online in the child's profile along with a photo
b. The medical clearance forms are due prior to the first day of practice and must be completed on the
2026 Pop Warner Physical Fitness & Medical History Form OR pages 5&6 of the PIAA Form
c. Report Cards are required to receive equipment (2 copies). 1 copy must be the Final Report Card for the 2025/2026 School Year

Note: All cheer squads cheer for football AND compete in the local Buxmont Cheer Competition (Lil Panthers, Flag/TM as exhibition). Competitive squads will have an opportunity to cheer beyond the regular season. See cheer portion of this site for complete details about the program.

Any open balance on an account must be paid in order to receive their equipment prior to the season
