The Quakertown Football & Cheer Association (QFCA) understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to withdraw your child from the program, registration fees may be refunded according to the following schedule:

On or Before June 21, 2026
Participants who withdraw on or before June 21, 2026 will receive a refund of their registration fee minus the $50 raffle ticket fee. The raffle ticket fee is non-refundable.

June 21 – July 1, 2026
Participants who withdraw between June 21 and July 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee, minus the $50 raffle ticket fee. The raffle ticket fee remains non-refundable.

On or After July 1, 2026
Withdrawals made on or after July 1, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
